My blogs are intended to give its viewers information about real estate in Broward County Florida - and more specifically the Galt Ocean Mile Area. Galt Ocean Mile is a densely populated area located just north of Oakland Park Blvd and south of Commercial Blvd - or the south end of Lauderdale by the Sea. The area is sandwiched between the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.
My posts are updated ideally every week and for the last six months - or Thanksgiving weekend of 2007 - give my viewers the latest in market conditions in the area. The hope is that if you see that I know what I am talking about - the reader may choose to work with me.
Additionally - if another agent in the area - in the state - in the US - or in the world should send me a referral then we can all see the data that I base my knowledge and therefore advise to the customer.
What I call 'electronic fly overs' of areas can provide so much better side by side comparison and links to other resources to further help the customer decide to move forward with the important task of purchaing real estate in this great area of South Florida - Broward County.
I hope my deligent effort to keep the people I help provides a more satisfying experience and one that will lead to a growth in business.
